For this recording, i was sitting in my car under a large tree. With a rain storm having just passed, the tree was dripping large droplets, creating a consistent rhythm as they hit the roof of the car. This was recorded using a tascam dr-05x in june, 2020.

Our expresso machine making a latte. You can hear it start up, fill the mug, as well as the milk whipping part of it softly run in the background. There’s probably some background noise to this because i was making breakfast. It can get pretty loud i was recording up close.

A rain by night, natural movements and variations of intensity. Foreground drops on metalic and wooden structure, further on the left side we can feel a metalic roof. Soundscape in the cacique hall, a huge chamber in the spanish karstic system ojo guareña. This was recorded in total darkness. Many drippings can be heard here and there in a nice stereo. Is it an oppressive atmosphere or a relaxing background?. Recorded with sony pcm-d50.

This was created by recording the sound of rain as it landed in a puddle on my front yard. It sounds similar to my 'rain hitting pavement' sound, but with the added stream-like sounds made by the puddle.

Braun model 3105 coffee maker. Multiple takes of picking up and replacing the glass carafe on the hotplate. The left channel is a sennheiser mkh-416 and the right channel is an akg c414 b-uls, both into a john hardy m-1 preamp into pro tools. Each mic has a slightly different recording position. The akg has more of a "room" perspective whereas the sennheiser gives a close up, detailed perspective.

Wet peas dropped in a glass bowl. Recorded through audacity with an audio technica a2020 microphone. I reduced some backround noise and sent it through a high pass to reduce low frequencies.
